Terms and Conditions – First Time Buyer Incentive
1. Introduction
This incentive is offered to eligible purchasers as part of a limited-time promotional offer. By participating in this offer, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Incentive Details
Eligible first-time buyers will receive the following benefits upon completion of their property purchase:
Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) paid in full (up to the applicable first-time buyer threshold); and
A contribution of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) towards legal fees associated with the purchase.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this incentive, the purchaser must meet all the following criteria:
3.1. First-Time Buyer: The purchaser must be a genuine first-time buyer, defined as an individual who:
a. Has never previously owned a residential property in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, either solely or jointly with another party.
b. Is not, at the time of purchase, named on the title of any other residential property.
3.2. UK Residency: The purchaser must be a current resident of the United Kingdom. Proof of residency may be requested.
4. Additional Conditions
4.1. This incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
4.2. The £1,000 legal fee contribution is subject to the purchaser obtaining a no-obligation conveyancing quotation from Pengillys Solicitors.

4.3. The £1,000 contribution will be paid directly to the purchaser’s appointed solicitor upon legal completion of the purchase.

5. Verification and Fraud Prevention
5.1. Proof of first-time buyer status and UK residency must be provided upon request.
5.2. Any misrepresentation or attempt to fraudulently claim the incentive will result in the immediate withdrawal of the offer and may result in legal action.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
